This is an application received through jail seeking to challenge the judgment and order passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Gr. Bombay on 21.7.2014 thereby convicting the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 498A of IPC. It appears from the application that there is nobody to espouse the cause of the applicant and the same has resulted in delay in filing the appeal. The delay is of one year and 91 days.The delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
