The application is moved for pre arrest bail as the applicant/accused is facing charges for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 472, 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No. I-298 of 2014 registered with BKC police station, Mumbai. The offence is registered at the instance of one Shivendra Singh on 10th October, 2014.

The learned prosecutor on instruction informs the Court that police does not want custody of the applicant/accused for further investigation. Considering this, the application is allowed. The earlier interim protection granted to the applicant/accused is hereby confirmed on the following terms and conditions. (a) In the event of arrest, the applicant/accused be enlarged on bail upon furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;

(b) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence;

(c) The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
