Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for Respondent - State. This is an application seeking temporary bail. The applicant is in custody since 18th April 2018. It is contended that the mother of the applicant viz. Smt. Kamubai Mohan Thakre has expired on 6th February 2020. That the applicant desires to attend last rites on 15th February 2020 and 16th February 2020. In view of this, the applicant is seeking temporary bail. On humanitarian grounds, the applicant deserves to be granted temporary bail from 15th February 2020 to 23rd February 2020.

ORDER

(i) The applicant be enlarged on cash bail in the sum of Rs.5,000/-;

(iii)The applicant shall mark her presence before the Shahada Police Station on 18th February 2020 and 20th February 2020 between 5.00 to 6.00 pm;

(iv)The Superintendent of Nandurbar Central Prison shall release the applicant forthwith upon furnishing P.R. Bond and cash surety of Rs.5,000/-;
