By the present Application Applicant/Org. Petitioner has sought an interim relief to permit her to travel Paris, France and Cologne, Germany via Abu Dhabi, as per the schedule and itinerary mentioned in para No.4.5 (C) from 5th February 2023 to 17th February 2023 for her business purpose. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for Applicant submitted that, on an earlier occasion this Court had permitted her to travel abroad from 16th May 2022 to 25th May 2022 to Australia and Japan by an Order dated 27th April 2022. That the Petitioner adhered all the conditions prescribed by the said 1/3

Osk 45-IA-388-2023.odt Order and returned to India within stipulated period. He therefore submitted that, the LOC issued by the Respondents may be suspended for a period from 5th February 2023 to 18th February 2023.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that, in view of Order dated 27th April 2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 1287 of 2022, appropriate Orders may be passed in the matter.

It is an admitted fact on record that, the Petitioner was earlier permitted to travel abroad by Order dated 27th April 2022 by this Court for the period mentioned therein and she returned to India within stipulated period.

In view of above, we are inclined to permit the Applicant to travel to Paris, France and Cologne, Germany via Abu Dhabi, as per schedule and itinerary mentioned in para No. 4.5 (C) of the application. 6.

Hence, the following Order :- (i) The Lookout Circular issued by the Respondents shall stand suspended from 5th February 2023 till 18th February 2023. (ii) Applicant shall adhere to the schedule and itinerary given by her in the present application.

(iii) Applicant is also directed to give her detailed itinerary to the Economic Offences Wing (Unit-X), Mumbai, before her actual leaving India.

Osk 45-IA-388-2023.odt (iv) Applicant is also directed to intimate in writing her return to India to the Economic Offences Wing (Unit-X), Mumbai, within a period of two days from actual arrival to India. 7.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 8.

All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of the present Order.
