Suryakant Raichand Shah claiming himself to be legal heir of deceased Mrs. Pramila Raichand Shah (Original applicant). The said CA was filed in time. The C.A. appeared on board before Registrar Judicial-II on 19/01/2015. As it was in time, the same was allowed.

Thereafter dated 30/01/2015 praciape was filed by Advocate Suresh M. Sabard on behalf of respondent for recalling of order of allowing above Civil Application. He has also filed affidavit in reply on 05/02/2015 claiming therein that deceased Mrs. Pramila Raichand Shah having more legal heirs than nsk

Suryakant R. Shah is present. He sought time on the ground that his counsel is not available. Now since the issue above L/R's of deceased Pramila Raichand Shah has become contentious, the matter to be placed before the Hon'ble Court for appropriate order.
