P.C. :- By this Application the Applicant seeks modification of the conditions (ii) and (iii) imposed by this Court by its order dated 11th October 2010 passed in Criminal Application No.1125 of 2010.

By the aforesaid order the Division Bench of this Court had directed that the Applicant herein who reside at Post - Vahoor, Tal. Mahad, District - Raigad and that the Applicant shall record her presence at the Mahad City Police Station once in a month i.e. on the first day of the month between 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

By the present application the Applicant states that the Applicant now intends to reside at Mumbai and therefore, has volunteered that she would attend the Vile Parle Police Station as per directions of this Court. We see no impediment in acceding the request of the Applicant for modification as prayed for in this Application.

Accordingly, the present Application is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to reside in Mumbai and the Applicant shall attend the Vile Parle Police Station once in three months i.e. on the first Saturday of the quarter between 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. during the pendency of the Appeal. Breach of the aforesaid condition would entitle the Respondent - State to apply for cancellation of bail. 5.
