By consent, the following order is passed :

(a) Petitioner shall, within one week from the date of this order, make an application to the concerned Circle Officer, Taluka Haveli, for rectifying Mutation Entry No.14946 and for reviving/reopening the 7/12 extract of the subject land at Survey No.23/A/7 and 23A/9, Village Vadgaon Sheri;

(b) Within three working days of receipt of the application of petitioner, the Circle Officer shall forward it to Tahsildar, Haveli, Dist. Pune, for seeking prior permission for review of Mutation Entry No.14946 under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966;

(c) Within one week of receipt of the proposal of the Circle officer, the Tahsildar shall pass necessary order regarding prior permission under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and inform the Circle Officer;

(d) After receiving the necessary permission, the Circle Officer shall, within three working days, initiate review proceedings and complete the same in four Gauri Gaekwad

Petition disposed.

We clarify that we have not made any observation on the merits of the application to respondents for rectification of the mutation entry.
