The above Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 21-3-2013. By the said order, the Civil Revision Application filed by the Petitioners came to be dismissed and resultantly the order passed by the Lower Appellate Court holding that the Plaintiff would be liable to pay court fees in terms of Section 6(iv)(j) of the Bombay Court Fees Act, and not 6(iv)(d) of the said Act, came to be upheld. The Learned Counsel for the Review Petitioners seeks to make submissions which would amount to re-arguing the Civil Revision Application which cannot be permitted. Having regard to the grounds on which the Review Petition is founded and also having regard to the submissions urged by the Learned mmj
