The counsel for the petitioner stated that the dispute between the parties is settled, in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Criminal Appeal No.1166/2015. He placed on record the said decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court and in particular invited out attention to paragraph no. 44 of the judgment which supports petitioner's statement. The counsel for the respondent Dilip J. Giyanani does not dispute this position. The counsel for the petitioner accordingly seek leave to withdraw the petitions. Leave is granted. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. (K. R. SHRIRAM, J) (RANJIT MORE, J.) N.S. Kamble page 2 of 2
