The learned counsel for the applicant would invite the attention of this Court to the Gazette Notification dated 25/08/1993 and the Circular dated 21/08/2014 issued by the Ministry of External Affairs so as to claim that the order impugned passed by the learned Special Judge in POCSO Special Case no. 352 of 2016 on Misc. Application Exh. 2 cannot be sustained. The fact remains that the aforesaid documents were not placed before the learned Trial Court while seeking relief of renewal of ism

Without going into the merits of the matter, it will be appropriate in my opinion to dispose of the present application with liberty to the applicant to approach the same Court again with the aforesaid Circular/Notification praying similar relief. It is expected of the learned Special Court to deal with the application, if so moved, for renewal of passport of the application, keeping in mind the aforesaid Circular/Notification which the applicant undertakes to produce.
