Heard the learned APP.

The applicants were admitted to the interim protection by order dated 20/02/2020, in connection with C.R.No.704 of 2017 registered with Pimpri Police Station, Pune City. The said C.R. invokes the provisions of Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Perusal of the order reveals that the protection was granted on account of the circumstances which were brought to the notice of the Court and which were highlighted in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order. The son of the applicant No.1, who is the main accused is noted to have been arrested and granted bail. Perusal of the FIR would reveal that the M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 15 ABA-384-20.doc complainant has levelled allegations against Jayesh Aadulkar as well as the present applicant, being his mother Jayshree Aadulkar, who had induced him to purchase some electrical goods at a concessional price. The amount involved, is alleged to be Rs.41,55,147/-. In the wake of the order, when it is not the case of the prosecution that the applicants have not rendered co-operation in investigation, I deem it expedient to confirm the said order. This is, however, subject to the imposition of an additional condition that the applicants shall, once again report to the Investigating Officer on 23rd and 25th November, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and shall further abide by the directions of the Investigating Officer, if their presence is further required for completion of the investigation.

With the aforesaid direction, the order dated 20/02/2020 is made absolute.
