The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application, as in the meantime, a chargesheet is filed and the Applicant proposes to move the learned Sessions Judge, afresh for bail.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of any such Application, if filed, the present Bail Application is disposed of, as withdrawn.

Needless to mention that if such Application is filed, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by the withdrawal of the present Application.
