Learned counsel for parties submit that a letter dated 28th November 2016 has been issued by Officiating Commanding Officer Major Shantanu Dhar. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. As per said letter, it has been stated that the temporary fencing on the land in question has been removed and entry/exit into survey No.169 is completely unrestricted. 2.

In view of aforesaid position, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
