Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 460/2018 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station, Dist. Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The only role attributed to the applicant is that of physical presence on the spot of incident without any weapon and a vague allegation of assault by fist blows.

2 917.358.19 ba.doc After the arrest, applicant is in custody for more than two and half months. Considering the role attributed to the applicant and the absence of any criminal antecedents, case for bail is made out. Hence, following order:

(A) Applicant be released in Crime No. 460/2018 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station, Dist. Solapur on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
