These Interim Applications are filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeals.
Second Appeal (Stamp) Nos.1816 of 2024 and 1817 of 2024 have been filed by the Appellant challenging the same order of the MAHARERA Appellate Tribunal passed on 6 February 2023. By order dated 19 January 2024, this Court has condoned the delay in filing the said two Second Appeals. Since common order of the Tribunal is under challenge in the present Second Appeals as well as in the aforesaid two Second Appeals, it would be appropriate to condone the delay in filing the present Appeals for the same reasons as indicated in the order dated 19 January 2024.
