DATED : 11th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicants seek modification of condition (ii) of the order dated 23/4/2018, releasing him on bail, on being charged for offence punishable u/s.307 r/w Section 34 of the IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.
The order being passed four years back directed him to go to the police station on 1st Saturday of every month till the conclusion of the trial. It is not the case of the prosecution that he had not abided by the said condition, and in fact, the applicants Tilak

In the wake of the request made, the applicants deserve relaxation by directing their attendance on the first Saturday every tri-semester between 10.00 am to 12 noon till the conclusion of the trial.
