This is an application for relaxation and/or modification of condition No.(b) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 6th March 2019. 2.

Condition No.(b) reads as under :- "After his release from Jail, the Applicant shall attend the Kamothe Police Station, on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.."

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, since the day of his actual release from jail, the Applicant has scrupulously followed the said condition and till date he has not committed any default in it except 1/2

Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, till date the trial of the said case i.e. CR No. I-234 of 2015 registered with Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai has not commenced.

In view of the above and after taking into consideration the conduct of the Applicant, I am inclined to relax the said condition. Hence, following Order :- (a) Applicant is hereinafter directed to attend Kamothe Police Station on every first Monday of every third month between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm.
