The learned standing Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the trial has commenced and the prosecution has already examined 5 witnesses. He further submits that endeavour will be made to examine all the prosecution witnesses within three months. As the trial has commenced, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court.
