The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition in the light of the communication dated 27-1-2017 received from the Assistant Engineer, AESPC "A" Ward, intimating the Petitioner that the application of the Petitioner for regularization would be considered subject to the compliances / requisitions made in the said communication. The Petitioner is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Petition if occasion so arises. Since withdrawal of the above Petition is sought by the Petitioner, this court has not gone into the aspect of whether the Petition is required to be filed on the Original Side of this Court.
