The petitioner has challenged an amending act seeking to amend the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that notification for implementation of this Act is not yet issued. Clearly, therefore, this petition is premature. We refuse to examine the constitutionality of the Act which is not yet come to an existence. Petition disposed of only on this ground.
