Heard for some time. This application is placed before this bench as the regular bench (Sandeep K. Shinde, J) has expressed inability to take up the matter.

The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the trial is part-heard and only Investigating Officer is yet to be examined.

In view of the specific statement and now that the physical Court working has resumed, it would be appropriate to N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

19-ba-482-2020 expedite the trial. In the result, the Criminal Application is disposed of.

The learned Trial Court shall proceed to decide the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the receipt herewith.
