1) The applicants were granted interim relief by an order dated 30.3.2017.The applicant No.1 is the brother and applicant No.2 is the ex-wife of the accused No.1 Neeraj Suryawanshi. It is the allegation against the applicants that when the engagement ceremony of the Neeraj Suryawanshi was performed with the daughter of first informant the applicants were present there. That it is the further prosecution case that accused No.1 Neeraj Suryawanshi and his parents demanded dowry from the first informant for performing the marriage of his daughter with Neeraj Suryawanshi.

2) After perusal of the first information report and the record of investigation it clearly reveals that apart from what is stated herein above no overt act is attributed to the applicants. In view thereof, the applicants deserve to be released on prearrest bail. 3) The interim relief granted by an order dated 30.3.2017 is
