The applicants are seeking two prayers: one, to delete the appellant No.1; and second, to expedite hearing of the present appeal.

In view of filing of subsequent application to bring the heirs and legal representative of the deceased appellant No.1 on record, prayer (a) in the application need not be considered. 3.

In so far as prayer (b) is concerned, first appeals of the year 1999 are pending, therefore, at this stage it is not possible to fix the first appeal for hearing.

The interim application stands disposed of. No costs. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.2607 OF 2022 1.

The application has been filed to bring the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased appellant No.1 on record. 2.

Considering the reasons stated therein, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within four (4) weeks from today.
