The Petitioner assails the Advertisement dated 20/12/2005 on the ground that the reservation for physically handicapped person has not been properly allocated. The leaned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions of Shri.Jadhav, Naib Tahsildar, Solapur Collector Office, submits that after the interim relief was vacated in June 2006, on 21st September 2006 fresh advertisement was issued. (923)WPNo.8822006 learned AGP submits that pursuant to the impugned advertisement the selection process is concluded and the candidates are appointed.

Those candidates, who were appointed, are not before this Court. Any order passed in favour of the Petitioner would adversely affect those candidates. No orders can be passed in absence of those candidates.

In light of above, at this stage, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
