The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent No.2 be directed to complete the acquisition proceedings in respect of the Petitioner's property wherein the construction is carried out of Senior Citizen Welfare Centre and a School at the behest of the Respondent Corporation.

Mr. Sakhdeo, the learned Counsel appears for the Corporation. It does not appear that the Petitioner has made the grievance with Respondent No.2. The Petitioner may make representation / Application with Respondent No.2 with regard to his grievance. Basavraj 1/2
