At the outset, learned APP on instructions from PSI Amruskar of Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime i.e. C.R. No. 471 of 2021 dated 23rd July 2021 registered with Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai, the Investigating Agency has submitted charge-sheet on 14th October 2022 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 53rd Court, Mulund, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as C.C. No. 581/PW/2022.

In view of the above, the Petitioners are having substantive alternate remedy by way of either filing an application for discharge and/or to contest the said case before the trial Court as per the provisions of Cr.P.C. 1/2

Petition is accordingly disposed off by reserving said remedy in favour of Petitioners.
