2) This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order of acquittal passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ulhasnagar, Thane, in C.C. No. 3338/SS/2013 dated 05/10/2015. 3) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 2 & 3 of the application, delay of 56 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. 4) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay of 56 days is hereby condoned.
