The learned counsel for the petitioner, after taking instructions from her client, who is present in court, makes a statement that she may be permitted to withdraw the Contempt Petition, as it lacks proper prayer clauses, with liberty to file afresh, if it is permitted in law. To that effect, she made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
