This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for bail.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

The learned APP submits that the trial court has already issued the summons to prosecution witnesses. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. The Bail Application is thus rejected. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to move bail application before the trial Court, if the trial is not concluded within four months.
