1] The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 6th February 2018.

2] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

3] The role attributed to the applicant in the present crime is that, she introduced co-accused Nilesh Sawant and Sagar Kamble with the first informant. Sagar Kamble by pledging the documents of his residential premises has accepted loan from the first informant. It is alleged that, the 1/2

aba.212-2018.doc said Sagar Kamble has submitted the bogus documents pertaining to the premises and accepted the said loan.

3] Perusal of the record would indicate that, the role attributed to the applicant is that of introducing the first informant with Nilesh Sawant and Sagar Kamble. The record of investigation indicates that, the coaccused Nilesh Sawant and Sagar Kamble have already been arrested by the police and are in the judicial custody. The necessary and relevant documents have been seized by the police during their custodial interrogation.

The applicant is a woman and as mentioned hereinabove the role attributed to her is only introducing the said accused persons with the first informant. In view thereof, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the application for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

4] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 6th February 2018 is hereby confirmed.
