However, learned Sessions Judge, Pune seized with the Sessions Case No. 205 of 2016 shall make every endeavour to conclude recording of evidence in Sessions Case No. 205 of 2016 as far as possible by 31/1/2019. The learned Sessions Judge shall not grant any Talwalkar
