Heard. The Petitioner is making grievance that her personal clothes, books of the child Essa and laptop of Lenova make with printer are lying in Flat No. 401/402, Shanti Tower, Military Road, Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai from which flats she claims to have been dispossessed illegally. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 having taken instructions from Respondent No.2 who is present in the Court, makes a statement that Respondent No.2 will verify whether personal clothes of the Petitioner, books of the child - Essa and laptop are lying in the said flats and if they are there, same shall be returned to the Petitioner. Statement is accepted.

Rest of the reliefs claimed in the petition cannot be granted in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the patilsr 1 / 2

Constitution of India. The Petitioner has already filed proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Suffice it to observe that her application at Exhibit-11 in D.V.Petition No. 201 of 2014 be heard expeditiously.

In the light of above, nothing survives for consideration in the petition and it is accordingly disposed of. 5.
