Heard Mr. Railkar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. This is an Application for hearing Writ Petition No.100 of 2008 expeditiously. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that all the parties to the Petition are senior citizens and prays that this Petition may be taken up for hearing expeditiously. 2.

The record discloses that the Petition is of the year 2008 and it has been submitted before the Court that the pleadings in the Petition are complete. In that view of the matter, the Registry is hereby directed to place this matter on Board for final hearing as per its own turn from the week commencing 22nd June, 2015. The Application is disposed of.
