Heard. By this application the applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent pursuant to the order dated 19.01.2016.

This court, by order dated 19.01.2016 granted permission to the applicant to make an appropriate application, if he so desires, for withdrawal of the amount. The application is filed on 02.02.2017. This itself shows that there is no urgency in the matter.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objection if the applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount by furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registry.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to furnish the security to the satisfaction of the Registry. 6.

Hence, by consent of the parties, following order is passed:

a.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.1,98,719/- with accrued interest, if any, by furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registry within eight weeks from today.

b.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
