Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It appears that the trial has already commenced and the complainant/prosecutrix has been examined.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that there is nothing in the evidence of the complainant to show the complicity of the applicant. He submitted that infact the complainant has exonerated the applicant.

Be that as it may, considering the fact that the trial has already commenced, it is not necessary to consider the application. Accordingly, the Application for bail is rejected and disposed of as such. The learned Judge shall conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order. If the said trial does not conclude within the aforesaid period, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application, which will be considered on its own merits.
