This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of Rs.4,68,000/- deposited before the Industrial Court. Mr. Vaidya the learned counsel appearing for Petitioner in Writ Petition fairly invites my attention to contention raised in paragraph No.15 of the written statement filed before the Industrial Court wherein Petitioner agreed that complainant is entitled to amount of Rs.2,05,527/-. In that view of the matter, there appears to be no dispute about Respondents entitlement to withdraw atleast the amount of Rs.2,05,527/-.
