3] The cause for moving the present petition is that the Divisional Commissioner has not made any orders on the stay application preferred by the petitioners.

However, the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, before whom the Revision Application is pending shall decide the application for stay preferred by the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from today 5] The petitioners are at liberty to produce the authenticated copy of this order before the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai.
