By consent of the parties, the impugned order passed on 10th January 2024 below Exhibit-60 by respondent No.2 is quashed and set aside.

The petitioner undertakes to complete cross-examination of Mr. Lieut Col. Siluva Raju Marpu.

It is agreed that the respondent No.3 shall rely upon affidavit filed by the Siluva Raju Marpu in support of change report. Since the respondent No.3 shall be relying on only one affidavit, the petitioner is permitted to cross-examine Siluva Raju Marpu on 14th February 2024.

Parties shall appear before the Charity Commissioner on 21st February 2024 at 11:00 a.m. and shall complete the crossexamination of Siluva Raju Marpu. 5.

With this modification, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
