Megha 25_IA_582_2022.doc states that an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- will be paid by Demand Draft and Rs.65,00,000/- will be paid within a period of 60 days. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. 2.
In view of the said statement and with consent of the Complainant, time to pay balance amount of Rs.80,00,000/- is extended by two months. Interim application stands disposed of. 3.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the complainant seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Application (stamp) No.5537 of 2022 for cancellation of bail with liberty to file fresh application in the event the Applicant does not abide by the undertaking. Leave granted. The Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
