This is an application for pre-arrest bail. The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No.185 of 2021 dated 07/05/2021 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station for offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The FIR is registered on 07/05/2021. The applicant was absconding. Some of the co-accused have been granted regular bail. There are specific allegations in the 1/2
