The Petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition on the ground that the order passed by this Court dated 29th November 2017 in Civil Writ Petition No.11679 of 2013 is not complied with. 1/2

In fact there is no period of limitation prescribed for filing the Contempt Petition on the ground of non-compliance of the order of this Court. High Court being a Court of record.

In view of that, application for condonation of delay is disposed of. 5.

In case there is no other deficiency, Contempt Petition may be registered.
