Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP, we deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.1-the Collector (Revenue) to decide the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 10th November, 2014, a copy of which is annexed at page 21 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the said complaint shall be decided independently on its own merits and only after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned including respondent Nos. 5 and 6. Ordered accordingly. 2.
