Accepting the above contention as urged on behalf of the petitioner, it is hence clarified that the order dated 03 January, 2023 shall be applicable and is passed only in Writ Petition No. 2083 of 2016 and not in Writ Petition No.12064 of 2016. The present order be accordingly read with the order dated 03 January, 2023.

In so far as this petition is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of his client who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.
