This application is for amending the cause title of the second appeal by adding the name of the Applicant as a Respondent trustee representing the first Respondent trust and deleting the names of existing Respondent Nos.2 and 3. The change in the trustees has been communicated to the Charity Commissioner by filing a change report. The application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment shall be carried out by the Respondents (original Appellants) within two weeks.
