Mr. Mahadik, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of compensation as per the impugned judgment and award dated 24/11/2021 passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge, Tenth Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (ECA) No.165/C-33 OF 2013.

The receipt of payment is placed on record. Since the entire amount has already been deposited, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal. 3.
