WRIT PETITION NO.12837 OF 2022 1.

The petitioners alongwith the partners of Respondent No.4 Firm have entered into an agreement and consent terms between them dated 09.01.2023, have been tendered by their counsel. The same are taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. It is noted that Petitioner Nos.3 to 5 and 7 to 10 as well as Respondent Nos.4(1) alongwith the Constituted Attorney of Respondent No.4(c) are present. In accordance with the consent terms, the disputes between the petitioners and Respondent No.4Firm are sought to be put to an end. Before accepting the same as a part of the record, it would be necessary to consider the response of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in that regard. Hence, issue notice to Respondent Nos.2 and 3, th February, 2023.
