The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner who is present in the Court made a motion for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file Civil Suit. Prayer as such stands allowed. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file Civil Suit.

Ad-interim relief granted by this Court shall continue for a period of 8 weeks from today. Needless to clarify, it shall be open for rival parties to raise their contentions in the Suit as this Court has not appreciated the merits.
