The civil application no.201 of 2014 is to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.1 as respondent nos.1(a) to 1(e). The civil application no.202 of 2014 mentioned above is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs of proposed respondent no.1(a). It is stated that the proposed respondent no.1(a) expired during the pendency of civil application no.201 of 2014. The counsel for the respondents has no objection if both the applications are allowed.
