P.C:- The petitioner, a Tribal who owns land bearing Gat No.310 admeasuring 2 Hectares 15 Ares in Mouje Nandurshingota, District Nashik, desires to sell the holding and requires permission from the competent authority of the State under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The grievance is to petitioner's application dated 12th October 2015 not being decided notwithstanding Tilak

We dispose of the petition directing the competent authority under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 to decide the petitioner's application dated 12th October 2015 within a period of six weeks from today.
