The Petitioner herein has challenged order dated 01/01/2020 whereby the learned Judge, Industrial Court directed the Respondent herein not to terminate the service of Respondent No.1 till final decision of the complaint and order dated 06/01/2020 whereby the Petitioner was directed to pay monthly wages to Respondent /Plaintiff from the date of the complaint till December-2019. 2.
By order dated 11/02/2021 this Court had granted adinterim relief in term of prayer clause (b). As a consequence thereto execution, operation and implementation of both the impugned orders has been stayed pending disposal of the petition. 1/2

Learned counsel for the respective parties state that the matter is at the stage of evidence. In view of the said statement, I am not inclined to interfere with order dated 01/01/2020. The petition is disposed of with direction to the Industrial Court to dispose of ULP No.6 of 18 and ULP No.40 of 18 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
